It is recommended to join the ICFP/SPLASH 2025 Discord server. You will receive an invitation link via the email provided during registration.
Virtual Attendees
ICFP/SPLASH 2025 is organized as an in-person event.
The talk schedule and social events will follow the local time zone (GMT+8). Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend in person. However, we understand that not everyone can do so and, in an effort to be inclusive, we will also offer virtual participation.
All the talks from ICFP/SPLASH and the colocated workshops will be livestreamed in real-time on the ACM SIGPLAN YouTube channel, with the conference Discord server used for Q&A. Please note that some talks may not be streamed or recorded to accommodate the presenters’ wishes. Livestreams will be freely available on YouTube. Registration is required to gain access to the conference Discord server.
Virtual-only attendees are requested to register for the conference for a reduced fee for the following reasons:
- be recognized as an official participant at ICFP/SPLASH 2025 and be eligible to receive a certificate of participation.
- be able to interact and ask questions in the official discussion channels.
- offset the costs of audio/video system rentals, travel support for AV volunteers who make this service available to the wider community.
