Mathieu is the founder of Tweag, an independent lab and consulting company at the intersection between industry and academia, since acquired by Modus Create. He has been involved in European initiatives for exascale storage, build systems, programming language interoperability and compilers. In a previous life, Mathieu was a researcher in formal methods and programming language design. He has a PhD from École Polytechnique.
